If you’re a fan of emo, indie, hardcore, or pop-punk, and you’re thinking of making other plans on the night of Saturday, May 7th, you might want to clear your schedule.

We are happy to announce that we will be hosting LIKEYOUSAID Fest, the official magazine launch party on the first Saturday in May at Firebrand Saints in Cambridge, Massachusetts! Performances, raffle giveaways, and custom named drinks that will throw you right back to your early 2000s are among the festivities that guests can look forward to.

Headlining the magazine launch party will be Andy Jackson of Hot Rod Circuit, a band best known for their beloved album Sorry About Tomorrow. The album piloted Hot Rod Circuit into the forefront of the emo movement with tracks like “The Pharmacist” and “At Nature’s Mercy”, and has been a benchmark of Andy Jackson’s long and lasting career as a musician.

Supporting bands for LIKEYOUSAID Fest will be announced on Monday, April 11th via our Facebook and Instagram pages. Tickets will be availble for purchase on Wednesday, April 13th at noon through the LIKEYOUSAID website.

Until then, let’s all bring in the weekend together with some of our favorite Hot Rod Circuit songs!
