Last month, Mike Kinsella’s math rock band Owen premiered “Lost” off their forthcoming album The King of Whys, due for a July 29th release through Polyvinyl Records. Now, Owen returns with a second single, the earnest but melancholy “Settled Down”.

The American Football frontman has come a long way with this record, bringing a team of musicians to accompany him on a project typically built upon solo acoustic bedroom recordings. The crashing drums and moody keyboards on “Settled Down” add a new element to Owen’s dynamic that we haven’t quite seen or heard before. Listen to “Settled Down” and check out Owen’s tour dates in North America and the UK below.
