While many of us were popping champagne and lighting sparklers to ring in the new year, Paul McCartney surprised an unexpecting crowd when he joined The Killers for an impromptu private performance of The Beatles classic “Helter Skelter” off The White Album. The rare performance took place on the Caribbean Island of St. Barts at the home of Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich.

In addition to The Killers, the New Year’s Eve bash also included short sets from Guns ‘N Roses and The Rolling Stones.
