On Sunday, May 7th, The Killthrax Tour came crashing into the House of Blues in Boston. Co-headlining the show were thrash metal veterans Anthrax and Massachusetts’ own, Killswitch Engage.

Adding to the appeal of an already notorious lineup were supporters The Devil Wears Prada and Code Orange. The diversity of the bands brought people of all different generations to Fenway’s most renowned music venue.

Anthrax proved once again why they’re a “Big Four” band Sunday night, as they delivered headbangers like “Caught in a Mosh”, “Blood Eagle Wings”, and “Indians” to the crowd. Throughout their performance they maintained undeniable energy and eye contact with their fans. Meanwhile, Killswitch Engage also took the audience by storm, playing an aggressive seventeen song set list. The band opened with “Hate By Design” off their newest record Incarnate and closed out the night with a “Holy Diver” Dio cover.
