The Oh Wonder story is a unique but simple story.

Two musicians from London named Josephine Vander Gucht and Anthony West got together, wrote, and released one song each month until they had the makings of a debut record. With the help of Soundcloud, they gathered millions of followers and began their life on the road, taking no time at all to sell out concerts.

Fast forward to 2017 and the pop indie band has once again used a similar format for their sophomore LP.  Recording songs in their home studio then unveiling one each two weeks this time around has led to the release of the often dreamlike, always heartfelt, and sometimes synthy album Ultralife.

On September 23rd, as part of their 31 country-wide Ultralife World Tour, the full band backed duo performed at College Street Music Hall in New Haven, Connecticut where LIKEYOUSAID photographer Richard Knowles was able to catch the action.
