Over the weekend, The Used came to the House of Blues for two special nights on their 15th Anniversary Tour. To commemorate their decade together, the post-hardcore band paid homage to their most popular albums. On May 6th, they played 2002’s self-titled The Used in its entirety and on May 7th, they performed their 2004 follow up, In Love and Death. Vocalist Bert McCracken used his scarf as a prop as he shouted out the lyrics to crowd favorites “Take It Away” and “Cut Up Angels” before closing out with a “Pretty Handsome Awkward” encore off the band’s 2007 Lies and Liars album.
