Since Stranger Things premiered on Netflix in mid-July, the eerie sci-fi series that pays homage to 1980s pop culture has rapidly become the most talked about television show of the summer. It should come as no surprise then that S U R V I V E, the experimental synth rockers whose members soundtrack the television series, have decided to hit the road.

The Austin band has announced 23 dates as part of their North American Tour, including a post Halloween show at the Great Scott in Allston.

Formed in 2009, S U R V I V E has released multiple records and toured with the likes of Lightning Bolt, This Will Destroy You, and Max Cooper. Their forthcoming album RR7349, out September 30th via Relapse, will be made up of 9 moody, experimental, and instrumental tracks.

While anything is possible when it comes to the supernatural, it has not yet been confirmed whether or not Eleven or her beloved Eggo waffles will be making a tour appearance.
