Future Present Past has arrived and so has a brand new music video for the Strokes’ single for “Drag Queen”. The 1980s inspired lyric video references “eighties people dancing” and feels like a trippy time warp meets video game. Lightning, bowling balls, lips stained in red lipstick, and a hand holding a globe with the words “THANK YOU INTERNET” appear throughout the retro “Drag Queen” video.

The Future Present Past EP is currently available on Spotify. You can also order it here.

In honor of the record’s release, the Strokes have set up a pop-up shop at 352 Bowery in New York City’s East Village from May 30th through June 5th. The shop will be open from noon to 9PM, daily.

Tonight the Strokes are set to headline Governors Ball.
